Wine Description

Both varieties are elaborated separately to get a final coupage. A small maceration is done with pre-fermentation of approximately 8 hours to obtain a better extraction of the aromatic compounds of the husks. This must is fermented at very low temperatures, 13-14ºC, to extract better aromatic expressions. At this low temperature, the fermentation lasts approximately 20 days.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant, pale yellow. In the noise, great aromatic intensity with a special complexity, where we find a very well integrated floral and exotic aromas, mango and passion fruit, with muscat tones. Very fresh wine and good volume in mouth. Honey sensation, soft and silky. Also it turns out to be very refreshing due to the small natural carbonic point carried by this wine. In the mouth it is long, persistent and complex.
